The recent dinner event hosted by our esteemed Chairman, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, was a night to remember. Agege Bread Local Bruschetta – Toasted Agege, Smoked Gouda, Yaji Salmon, Grape Tomato, Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Basil.
Soup:
Pepper Soup Consommé – Pounded Yam Purée, Charred Grouper/Cauliflower (Vegan), Dehydrated Eferin, Ginger Honey Bread Stick.
Main Course:
Lobster Jollof Pilaf – Plantain Notes, West African King Prawn / Oyster Mushrooms (Vegan), Suya Micro Salad, Whiskey Apple Mousse.
Dessert:
Eros Carrot Cake – Lemongrass Infusion, Uyayak Custard, Ginger Oat Crumble, Zobo Gel.
Each course was a delightful blend of traditional flavours and contemporary techniques, leaving the guests in awe of Chef Eros’ culinary genius.
4. Mixology & Wine Pairing Experience
The evening also featured an educational mixology session with Aigboje, complemented by a wine pairing with delicacies prepared by Chef Eros.
